1. Service Description

FitMySwing provides AI-generated golf club fitting recommendations based on user-submitted swing data. The service is provided free of charge and does not require an account.

2. Not Professional Advice

FitMySwing's recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional club fitting advice. Our AI analyses your inputs against general fitting heuristics — it does not have access to real-time product databases, pricing, or stock availability.

We strongly recommend validating any equipment recommendations with a qualified club fitter using a launch monitor before making purchase decisions. FitMySwing is designed as a pre-fitting research tool, not a replacement for professional fitting.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

• Recommendations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, including incorrect product names, discontinued models, or unsuitable specifications.
• Performance projections (distance gains, spin changes, dispersion improvements) are estimates based on general fitting principles. Actual results depend on strike quality, conditions, and individual biomechanics.
• Recommendations may vary between sessions due to the probabilistic nature of AI generation.
• The quality of recommendations depends on the accuracy of the data you provide.

4. No Liability

FitMySwing, its creators, and affiliates accept no liability for equipment purchases, financial decisions, or performance outcomes based on our recommendations. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

5. Brand Independence

FitMySwing has no commercial relationships, affiliate agreements, sponsorships, or financial arrangements with any golf equipment manufacturer, retailer, or distributor. All recommendations are generated independently.

6. Usage Limits

The service is rate-limited to 5 fittings per IP address per 24-hour period. This limit exists to manage infrastructure costs and keep the service free. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

The FitMySwing name, logo, and website design are the property of FitMySwing. Generated fitting reports are provided for your personal use — you may share them freely but may not use them for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
