1. Service Description

FitMySwing provides AI-generated golf club fitting recommendations based on user-submitted swing data. The service is provided free of charge and does not require an account.

2. Not Professional Advice

FitMySwing's recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional club fitting advice. Our AI analyses your inputs against general fitting heuristics — it does not have access to real-time product databases, pricing, or stock availability.

We strongly recommend validating any equipment recommendations with a qualified club fitter using a launch monitor before making purchase decisions. FitMySwing is designed as a pre-fitting research tool, not a replacement for professional fitting.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

• Recommendations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, including incorrect product names, discontinued models, or unsuitable specifications.
• We don’t project distance, spin or dispersion gains. Numbers in your report are ones you gave us or a launch-monitor file measured. How a club performs for you depends on strike quality, conditions and your swing, so test before you buy.
• Recommendations may vary between sessions due to the probabilistic nature of AI generation.
• The quality of recommendations depends on the accuracy of the data you provide.

4. No Liability

FitMySwing, its creators, and affiliates accept no liability for equipment purchases, financial decisions, or performance outcomes based on our recommendations. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

5. Brand Independence and Affiliate Links

FitMySwing is not paid by any golf equipment manufacturer, and no brand can pay to be recommended. Some links to retailers are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never influence which products we recommend. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

6. Usage Limits

The service is rate-limited to 5 fittings per IP address per 24-hour period. This limit exists to manage infrastructure costs and keep the service free. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

The FitMySwing name, logo, and website design are the property of FitMySwing. Generated fitting reports are provided for your personal use — you may share them freely but may not use them for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Golf Equipment API (beta)

The Golf Equipment API is a free partner beta. These terms apply to it as well as to the fitting service.

• It is free during the beta. Each account gets 2,500 data calls and 100 fit credits a month, shared by up to 10 API keys.
• Use it for internal prototypes and private tools. Do not embed it in a public product, and do not redistribute the data.
• It is a beta: there is no uptime or support commitment, and endpoints, limits, data and these beta terms may change. We will note changes in the API changelog.
• For anything beyond that, such as production use, email us.
